95% of U.S. online consumers use email for communication and business. It’s a great tool to interact and reach new, existing, and future clients. However, email is not without its annoyances. Despite these issues, email has never been replaced and will continue to grow in the coming years. Still unconvinced? The infographic below might change your mind:

One note on this… I may push back a little that email is waits for you and fits into your schedule. Expectations on email have gotten pretty hight nowadays. If I don’t answer an email within hours of some of my clients, it’s followed up with voice mail, chats, facebook posts, text messages… argh!
