Michael Cloran met some business partners and me about a year ago. While other investment firms and investors made unkept promises and had us running in circles, Michael selflessly provided us with tons of honest feedback. One of the ideas Michael had in the works and shared with me back then was Developer Town. Investment and venture firms gamble a ton of money on development. Some of the companies I work with have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to fix or redevelop applications that were either terribly developed or became money pits because neither the entrepreneur nor the firm understood how to select the right development firm.

Each developer has their own “house” on wheels (they also fit in a semi-trailer in the event of a move) and the houses are organized into “neighborhoods” to improve communication.
