The data points to the opportunity businesses have to engage with customers when they are available, ask their followers to take action, and keep the message simple. Of course, I always encourage our clients to test and measure, too. Perhaps your competitors aren’t tweeting on the weekends – could be a perfect time for you to garner some attention.
