My son did a quick recording and mix last night of Little Wing. He’s been testing some heavier strings on his guitar and likes how clean it sounds, reminiscent of Stevie Ray Vaughan. He’s also got pieces in here that were unique to Jimmy Hendrix, who composed the song.
Ever the perfectionist, Bill’s not happy with a couple chords he hit, but I still love it. He really made the song his own with the mix and dual guitars. I think he’s got some elements of Robert Cray in there, too.

Bill is a double honors major in Math and Physics at IUPUI. He also works in the Math Lab as a tutor and works with the department as a grader.
