Your Opinion on the (De?) Evolution of Social Media

I’m posting a little different today, and would love your video responses to this question from Shel Israel. Is social media becoming a vast wasteland?

I don’t believe so - I think it’s becoming more finite and organized. What’s your opinion? If you have Seesmic, I’d love you to reply via Seesmic Comments. If you don’t have Seesmic and you have a web cam, what are you waiting for?
