My slice is running CentOS 5 with Lighttpd and PHP running through FastCGI. MySQL is also installed on there as well with phpMyAdmin because I'm too lazy to learn SQL. So, you can't really compare it right up to an Apache system, since it's a lot lighter weight than that - BUT, if you want to see the sheer speed of this thing, roll over to my blog and check it out.
