My site was ranking on most keywords the 1st and 2nd page. When they get the submission fixed, I will have to resubmit all of my pages and start from scratch again...bummer! I first encountered the problem a few months ago. I had originally thought it might be a "this only works if you're using IE7" issue, but we've tried with nearly every browser on the planet with the same results.
