Sorry it’s taken me a bit of time to answer your question.
I didn’t at my domain in the page title for any direct SEO gain. I added it because I like the way it looks. Personally, I’m uncertain about whether it would have much impact on search results unless someone was searching for your domain name. In my case, if they were searching for domain name, it would come up in Google results anyhow.
I would say the only advantage might come if your domain has keywords in it - like yours - where you could gain a bit by having your keywords in one more place.
And, I’d ask an SEO expert to be certain.
