		<description>If you really want to take a Machiavellian approach to it, what better way to spam than to be in the position of an ISP?  If you own the e-mailbox, what's to stop you?  =(  Besides that whole customer loss thing.

At least Yahoo, Google, and MSN aren't on the list.</description>
