John Chow has a pretty unique promotion going… it’s “My Name is My Domain List”. I don’t know that it was narcissism that made me do this, I simply figured out that there was no other domain name that really identified who I was with the exception of my name. My companies, jobs, and websites might come and go… but I’m sticking with my name.
As well, I think utilizing your name builds some credibility in your site. I have On Influence… but would rather folks identify my brand, my image and my message with my name.
