		<description>Another sad chapter in an already terribly sad story. I think when someone so relatively young dies people get desperate for reasons or someone to blame in hopes of putting the world right again. Otherwise it's just too random and terrifying. 

I'm not a lawyer, but that no-911 policy strikes me as willful and criminal abuse by management. Even though there's no way to say the extra minutes would have saved Mpozi just the possibility is an awful, intolerable what-if.</description>
