Congratulations to Italy for a penalty kick win! As I was watching the game, I thought the pace was being handled well by France. Much of the last half was pressure by France. Henry was incredible to watch, he’s an amazing player. When Zidane, away from the ball and the play, took a wicked cheap shot by head-butting an Italian player to the chest, I believe the tide (and the crowd) turned.
This year’s World Cup was spectacular. I’m going to have to put the World Cup ahead of the Olympics when it comes to International sports and competition. Every minute is so exciting. These athletes blaze across the enormous field and make some incredible plays.
