It really doesn’t take much to get me excited. I was in a Powerpoint training class the other day. The class was okay… I got a couple of tips. The biggest one that I walked away with, though, didn’t have anything to do with Powerpoint.
The trainer was showing us how to drop a screenshot of a window into our presentation. I always hit the PRT SC button (Print Screen) and would crop the picture in Paint. But he had us click ALT-PRT SC…
It does a screen shot only with the active window. Sweet!! (He also showed us the crop functionality in Powerpoint as well)
